Four chapters
Darkhaven is an isolated settlement that lived through a plague which wiped out everything past its borders. Its bosses are Konrad von Sonnesheim, the Lord Marshal, and Alexandre Dozsenc, the Blood Bishop. Greenthistle Wood covers two villages, Shady Hollow and Riverton, and the bosses are Granny Greenthumb, Ylska Vilefang, and the giant Mobog. Greywake’s Expedition is a once-prosperous island tied to deep-sea horrors, with Zzyg’th the Hadal Tyrant and Chathoa the Herald from Beyond. Grove of the Night Court is the Fairy Queen Tilywth and the Nightmare King Maernok. I am not adding fight length or a “best time.” Nobody has published one.

Quillgrave is the hub, not a fifth dungeon
You return to Quillgrave between tales. The Storyteller frames the stories. Nib runs the Bound Silver shop. The Arcanist handles potions, draughts, and flasks found during tales. The Scribe sells talents that change abilities. The Outfitter raises starting health, damage, energy, and focus. The Antiquarian sells passive effects that change how you approach a tale. Red Hollow is the prologue road into that hub, not one of the four chapter names. NPC portraits from the guide sit with the table so the names stay attached to a picture.

Difficulties
Normal, Veteran, and Heroic are the three difficulties named for the demo and for launch. Mythic appears on PTR achievements for the final confrontation, and it is not listed as a demo option in the announcement. Modifiers for each difficulty — health, damage, extra mechanics — are not in the posts, so the difficulty table does not invent percentages. Class choice is independent of chapter: see classes and Witch.
